Socialise and reduce isolation and its unwanted effects (anxiety & depression)

Exercise together and improve balance and strength (to reduce falls)

Exercise the brain to improve memory and be happy

Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar monitoring

(Run by a Mental Health Nurse)

Just a gold coin donation
